May I add someone to my account?

As you are the person responsible for repaying your mortgage loan, it’s not possible to add another person to your account as a borrower. You can add someone to your account who you may select as an additional person for us to speak with about your account details. This additional person is called a Designated Third Party, and by adding them, you are authorizing Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County to communicate with them about your mortgage loan. You can add a Designated Third Party to your account by submitting a written request to mortgages@habitatpwp.org or by fax to 727-209-2191 or by mail to:
