Can you apply my surplus to my loan?

Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas County refunds escrow surpluses to the borrowers. Borrowers may cash their surplus check and use the funds in any manner they choose, including applying it to their loan. Note: If there is a minor surplus, we use the funds to reduce your monthly payment instead of issuing a refund.
